IRC client, supports DCC chat and macros.

DCC chat is now fully supported. Simply use '/CHAT ' to start a DCC chat session. This means that when file transfer is added (although it is currently possible due to WimpCTCP), iChat v0.55 will no longer be supported - and this is now the case.

Also, macros have been added. Multiple commands can be attached to one macro, and macros can call other macros. This will hopefully form part of a scripting system that will develop slowly over time.

DCC file receive has also been added. The WimpCTCP application !DCC can still be used if it has been loaded, but otherwise iChat's own method will be used. File sending still relies on WimpCTCP.
