Introduction

A PHP script which runs in Oregan (when using WebJames and PHP) to convert KOI8-R encodings to Unicode.

Details

A PHP script, which runs in Oregano, to convert KOI8-R or Windows-1251 web pages (common Russian character encodings) on the fly to Unicode, so that Oregano can display them (perfectly too!).

Requires:

* Oregano
* WebJames and PHP (or the version of WebJames with PHP built in - recommended for speed)
