Printer status checking program.

The program sits on the icon bar and it's icon changes to reflect the state of the printer connected via the parallel port.
Also, if an application tries to print whilst the printer is not online then the program displays an error message allowing the user to place the printer online before printing actually takes place.
Unlike !PrnStat, however, it does not monitor the printer directly and so should work on the Archimedes ranges that don't have a bi-directional parallel port, and also it does not need to be configured to the particular model of printer.
Indeed, it has been successfully tested on an Archimedes A440/1 running Risc OS 3.1
