Codes and decodes RISC OS files for sending and receiving binary files via Internet e-mail and Usenet Newsgroups.

What in some circles is known as sending and receiving attachments. It supports the two most common ways of coding, uucode and MIME base64, coding and decoding each.

Attacher completely replaces two earlier applications by the author, UUcoder and 64coder and is being more actively maintained than the old applications.
